This hands-on team is strategically and tactically focused on increasing customer satisfaction while driving the development of breakthrough telecom solutions.

Marshall Aronow

Marshall Aronow

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Aronow is a co-founder of the company and has served as CEO since 1996. Under his leadership, the company has achieved profitability and consistent growth of over 15% by expanding services and footprint. Previously, he was a finance specialist and managing partner of JDK Partners, a Manhattan-based hedge fund that specialized in technology and telecommunications. Prior to that, he was a member of both the Chicago and New York Mercantile Exchanges.

Andoni Economou

Andoni Economou

Chief Operating Officer/Executive Vice President

Mr. Economou has served as the COO and Executive VP of MetTel since 1996. He is responsible for company operations and shares the strategic responsibilities with Marshall Aronow. Prior to joining MetTel, Mr. Economou was associated with the New Jersey Law firm, Nashel & Nashel, where he practiced real estate law.

Steven Tunney

Steven Tunney

EVP of Planning & Strategy

Mr. Tunney oversees MetTel’s new technologies, strategic partnerships, M&A, and business development strategies. He also maintains the company’s banking relationships and special projects. His experience includes over 20 years as a senior executive, 12 years as a director in a NASDAQ-listed commercial finance firm, and over 10 years in senior finance positions in intellectual property companies.

Sam Vogel

Sam Vogel

EVP Product Management & Regulatory Affairs

Mr. Vogel is responsible for directing MetTel's product management activities, including strategic planning, pricing and interconnection with all Local Exchange Carriers (ILECs). He has over 40 years of telecommunications industry experience, holding executive positions in engineering, operations, regulatory, sales, and marketing.

Joseph Farano

Joseph Farano

General Counsel

As General Counsel, Mr. Farano provides legal support for each of our business groups. Prior to joining MetTel in 2010, Mr. Farano was an associate with Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in New York, where he focused on corporate finance transactions. Before pursuing law, Mr. Farano held roles as an electrical engineer within the telecommunications sector.

Ted Salame

Vice President of Business Development

Mr. Salame joined MetTel in 1996. He manages the firm’s strategic relationships, contributes to the refinement of company vision and strategy, and oversees the execution of short, medium, and long-term profitability goals. Prior to joining MetTel, Mr. Salame was the president of CMF Corporation.

Don Keane

Vice President of Marketing

Mr. Keane is responsible for brand strategy, marketing communications, product marketing, and demand generation. Prior to joining MetTel, Mr. Keane was VP of Marketing for Cloud Services at Genesys and VP of Marketing & Business Development at MicroStrategy. He has held leadership roles at Citrix, Earthlink, Intuit, General Mills, and Rust-Oleum. He sits on the boards of Leadverse and iQabinet.

Lori Thomas

Vice President of Client Engagement

Ms. Thomas leads the firm’s client engagement efforts. With over 20 years of experience working for Fortune 50 organizations, she served as the global head of sales and professional services and a board member for Vodafone Global Enterprise’s Telecoms Management. Before that, she held executive positions at leading financial and telecom organizations.

Will Prince

Vice President of Operations

Mr. Prince has been with MetTel since 2002 in a number of operational and technology positions. He shares in the responsibility of overseeing and implementing MetTel’s day-to-day operations. He also assists in developing and executing the company’s long-term strategy. Mr. Prince brings over 16 years of experience in customer care with a focus on technology integration.

Edward J. Fox III

Vice President of Network Services

Mr. Fox is responsible for the planning, deployment, and operations of MetTel's broadband, data, and VoIP network infrastructure. He has over 20 years of telecommunications and network experience managing massive organizational and customer growth at major telecommunications providers.

Eddie Rishty

Vice President of Enterprise Sales

Mr. Rishty is responsible for all facets of national, direct sales, including prospecting and engaging medium and enterprise-sized customers to MetTel’s products and services. He has over 16 years of sales, business development, and operational experience in telecommunications and technology.

Tim Hanley

Tim Hanley

Vice President of Strategic Sales

Mr. Hanley is responsible for business development, sales forecasting, and sales management and coordination with key stakeholders. A seasoned sales executive, Mr. Hanley joined MetTel after holding an account management position at Telenetwork Services.

David Mitchell

David Mitchell

Vice President of Sales - Agent Channel

Mr. Mitchell is responsible for sales development and partner management of the agent channel. He brings over 18 years of successful sales, product development, and customer care experience in direct and indirect channels. Previously, he worked at JDK Partners.

Keith Hochstin

Keith Hochstin

Vice President of Strategic Client Development

Mr. Hochstin leads the firm’s strategic client acquisition and development efforts. He joined MetTel in 2010 after over 25 years on Wall Street, most recently as Managing Director and the Head of NYSE Floor Operations for LaBranche Financial Services, LLC, serving institutional investors, professional traders, and NYSE floor members. Prior to that, he was the president of Hochstin & Company, a member firm of the NYSE.

Max Silber

Vice President of Mobility

Mr. Silber is responsible for the mobile division’s operations and business development initiatives. With 20 years of experience, he has served in a variety of product, sales, and business development positions with some of the world’s most innovative technology and telecommunications companies. Prior to joining MetTel, he served as senior vice president of business development for IDT Corporation, where he led the company’s managed services and mobility business unit. Prior to joining IDT, Mr. Silber was vice president of business development at Net2Phone Inc., and held similar management positions at Amtel and  GTE Spacenet, Inc.

James Salame

Executive Director of Bruin

Mr. Salame is responsible for the development of customer-driven, front and back-end software applications and tools, including service provisioning, ticketing, billing, and reporting. He manages the business unit responsible for the development of our communication management platform (Bruin). He brings over 17 years of telecommunications, IT and software experience. 

Orest Siryj

Orest Siryj

Vice President of Risk & Cost Management

Mr. Siryj is responsible for the oversight of MetTel’s accounts receivables, as well as both the quality and accuracy of end user and vendor billing. Prior to joining MetTel in 2010, Mr. Siryj was a Director at AT&T’s Credit and Accounts Receivable Organization and Vice President of Risk Management with Hudson United Bank.

Mark Marshall

Mark Marshall

Executive Director of Customer Care

Mr. Marshall leads the customer care team and serves as chief advocate and primary point of contact in support of our customers’ day-to-day needs. Prior to joining MetTel,  he held senior IT and Care positions at Tangoe, Bear Stearns, Prime Hospitality Prudential, and Lehman Brothers.

Liza Klein

Liza Klein

HR Business Partner

Ms. Klein leads the Human Resources function at MetTel and its subsidiaries, including recruitment, compensation, HR strategy and workforce planning. Prior to joining MetTel, she held senior HR and general management positions at Ceragon Networks, Network Infrastructure Technology, and Tel Hai Academy.
