As the Executive Director of the Agent Channel, David Mitchell is responsible for the design and execution of the agent sales strategy for the firm. Mr. Mitchell oversees all aspects of the agent channel development, including growing the agent and agent manager base. He defines and manages sales objectives for a national team of agent managers and sales support staff.
A graduate of Middleburry College with a BS degree in Political Science, Mr. Mitchell has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to assuming his current role, he oversaw sales for the T1 group and was the Director of Provisioning and Customer Care at MetTel.
Mr. Mitchell’s current initiatives include expanding the Agent Channel and raising agents’ awareness of MetTel’s advanced voice and data solutions and increasing our national presence of agent managers.
