Jim leads the sales efforts covering the Federal Civilian sector as well as State, Local and Education (SLED). In this role, he is responsible for the overall development, direction, and management of the client relationship. This includes account strategy, plan execution, lifecycle management, and overall customer satisfaction.
Jim most recently served as an Assistant Vice President at AT&T, leading an organization that had end-to-end responsibility for the company’s SLED customers in the eastern portion of the US. During his 21-year career at AT&T, he was exposed to various assignments of increasing scope and responsibility in retail, service management, operations, and sales.
Jim holds an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business, a BS in Business Management from Northeastern University, and has earned certifications in Disruptive Strategy and Financial Leadership from Harvard University and Texas A&M. Jim is a decorated veteran of the United States Army and served as a Non-Commissioned Officer for twelve years in the Corps of Engineers.
