NEW YORK, January 21, 2020 – Max Silber, Vice President of Mobility & IoT at MetTel, an IT communications and digital transformation leader, has been accepted into the Forbes Business Development Council, an invitation-only community for senior-level sales and business development executives.

Criteria for acceptance include a track record of successfully impacting business growth metrics, as well as personal and professional achievements and honors.

At MetTel, Silber leads the company’s mobile and IoT operations and related business development initiatives.  He is responsible for building the MetTel Mobile business from the ground up, one of the country’s biggest and most innovative, multi-carrier business-to-business mobility services.   MetTel Mobile was awarded the AT&T Market Mover Award in 2019 for driving the highest total new wireless sales and is a provider on major U.S. government service awards including for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the $50 billion General Services Administration (GSA) EIS contract.

Silber has more than 27 years of experience serving a variety of product, sales and business development positions with some of the world’s most innovative technology and telecommunications companies. Prior to joining MetTel, Silber was vice president of business development at Net2Phone Inc., and held similar management positions at Amtel and GTE Spacenet, Inc.
